The 13th annual Branches and Banks Tree Plant and Creek Cleanup took place on Saturday, May 10th. Volunteers arrived at 9:00 am ready to plant close to 1,500 trees and cleanup the Big Hill and Jumping Pound Creek banks.
Branches and Banks has planted close to 32,000 trees along the banks of Cochrane’s rivers in an effort to restore and protect riparian health.
